Strength & Technique taster - side to the barre sequence
A sequence from my Stength & Technique barre class.
We predominantly use the barre in this class, sometimes facing the barre or leaning on it in a forward fold to access different angles of the body.
We also work on the floor to focus on core & for stretching at the end.
Slow tempo & attention to detail, allowing time to find the position & build strength though muscular endurance.
