Power Barre taster - floor sequence

At the end of class we move down to the mat to focus on specific areas of the body using the floor as support. This helps us to find stability & release certain areas we don’t want to activate that may normally take over when standing up.

We then close class with a stretch on the mat & standing balance ending to realign our posture ready for the rest of the day!.
