Power Barre taster - centre work, upper body

The second part of my signature Power Barre class using hand held weights.

In my classes we I provide 0.5 kg dumb bells but don’t be deceived. The high repetitions provide high rewards! These upper body focused sequences can be performed effectively without weights so the option is there.

These movements are to bring awareness to the upper body & posture before heading to the Barre.
